they/them, she/her

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, educator, and writer. I am a queer, feminist therapist and I specialize in psychotherapy with a focus on grief; trauma processing; identity exploration; shame and self-compassion; life transitions; and anxiety and depression. I work on connection and loss – cultivating and/or releasing relationships. Relationships with the self, others, patterns, memories/experiences, etc. Let's see which need tending and fostering, and what needs to be processed to release and shed. I am here to step into that work with you - to help you work toward celebrating and/or grieving connection.

I am a talk therapist who strives for a collaborative approach where we learn from one another through talking and listening. Together, we discover what healing looks like. I value a systemic perspective that is intersectional and ever-evolving. I am passionate about collective struggles and finding common ground with folks. I am committed to the therapeutic relationship and helping you develop a healthy relationship with you. I strive to ensure those I work with feel safe and secure - I look forward to seeing you as you are.

Liminal Space Therapy is all about the in-between spaces we live. Liminality can be messy and uncomfortable, but together we can work to settle into those moments with compassion and understanding. I have a strong affinity for individuals who are going through transitional chapters, questioning societal norms, and seeking deeper connections. I appreciate people who are emotionally expressive, intellectually curious, creatively inclined, and yearn for a more compassionate and imaginative world. My ability to connect with those in liminal experiences allows me to foster meaningful relationships and potentially create transformative spaces for growth and exploration.
